I can't speak for others and didn't the thread much beyond my own comment early on.
But Badger made a valid contribution and the poster in question wrote an entire post being full-on rude to Badger.
Maybe he needs to look at:
1) The reasons for starting these threads in the first place.

I found the underlying implication of his opening post rather distasteful. The singling out of people trying to learn a profession which will help thousands over their lifetime was something I thought about challenging at the time.
I missed what happened after but if you post stuff like that you need to expect to be challenged.

It was more the comments relating to personal stuff in later posts which was the issue, can understand why he took offence to some of them. Think they were uncalled for whatever people's thoughts about the poster or his other posts in the thread.
Fair point re the initial post though, but not sure anyone made that point, other than Badger suggesting the situation is now managed better in his experience.

My car has had multiple warnings come up on the dash because it doesn't get used enough so I took it out for some 'essential maintenance' as Newcy calls it.
Then I bought some shopping.
I can tell what I bought if you want.
