After that I feel the gym calling. Squats and bench seem good.

After that and a cycle home, it will be ice cold Bottle Green squash, I'm not drinking right now, and supper.
Early night, as always, after an episode of 'Stateless' on Netflix.

7am wake up - piss - meditate - brew tea - poo - log on to work 8ish - break the fast at midday with a massive lunch and beer in the garden - apply sun cream - 1.30/2pm nap for twenty minutes - alternate between work and wandering around garden looking at nothing and drinking calvados - 4pm meditate but really just doze off in a stew - 5pm log off work and walk round the block striding in an exaggerated manner so people think I'm a tvat - shower - 6pm order massive curry - 8pm put the footy on and do a pill - 9pm wonder why I did a pill - 10pm remember why I did a pill - 12am do the last of the acid.
5.30am ask the weird dodgy looking people where I am and how I get back home. |  |
