Must be missing something - we wouldn’t have the room to add say 5k a week to our wage bill with these new rules and I doubt Sunderland can either. Garbutt will surely end up in the Championship (or Scotland) because nobody is going to use 25% of their wage budget on him. |  | | |

Was thinking the same on both fronts and wondered whether Garbutt has a Championship club lined up given he didn't agree anything before the salary cap deadline with anyone in League One. |  | | |
