I have always thought it is a mixture of concentration and confidence that lets Miles down at time's and it was me that pointed out that he was more or less an ever present during our best run last season. I agree with the point Garbutt in front of him would have been great and a good leftie alongside of him would be a great help as well . Two right sided centre backs did not help us or him last season . |  | | |

I'd say he was more like the opposite. Occasionally spectacular going forward but completely untrustworthy defensively. Was horribly exposed on lots of occasions while on loan at Shrewsbury and Rotherham. |

I always thought the problem was he looks like an ancient Egyptian woman, and runs even more funnily than Owen Garvan.
Genuinely a fan though. There's a quality footballer in there. Don't agree about having an equally suspect defender in front of him though. |  |

Kenlock is a decent player and comes in for unfair criticism at times. He's decent going forward (good pace, can go past a man and can put a cross in) but it's his defensive ability (or lack thereof) that lets him down. His positional awareness is fairly poor and I have NEVER seen him win a contested header (can't jump properly). In my opinion he's a LWB who can threaten going forward but is very limited in terms of his defensive capabilities. |  | | |

He doesn't look like a natural footballer to me.
His technique when kicking the ball looks like a real struggle, his athleticism it looks like he's running with him dragging a tyre behind him.
He's not good enough for us , no where near it. |

Well there you go. I'm no great fan of his but I would say one of his better attributes was his aerial ability - certainly better than Garbutt in that respect, who was definitely weak in the air defensively. It's also something I think a lot of people pushing Nydam as a left back forget - he's not very big! |  | | |
