Be fair Dollers, you DOhave form for getting man crushes on all sorts of nice-but-useless types. I can see why he'd get that idea.

I think you're better than this homophobic nonsense.

I bet Bloots will downarrow this.

He isn't really a nodger. I might be wrong but I don't think he's had a real affinity to the clubs.

When he came back with Aston Villa to Norwich he wildly celebrated Villa's goal at Carrow Road and that angered Norwich fans.

Indeed. And everyone seems to have ignored the fact I posted that he sued them for £2m.

Astonishing people think he has any love for them or them for him. I know how we'd feel if say Roy Keane sued us for £2m.

We're in a post-fact age it seems.

I bet Bloots will downarrow this.

Feck me, I like to think I'm fairly silly but the immaturity on this site has reached peak levels lately. I support someone so I'm gay? Really?! It's one step away from "do you want to bum him?' and you think there's nothing homophobic about it? If I told you I'm gay would you still think it's an acceptable comment?

I bet Bloots will downarrow this.

A bit unfair to bring bumming someone into this when the phrase used was man crush. The latter seems the opposite of homophobic to me and suggests, by its soft language, it's fine to have a man crush, so therefore not a criticism.

Come on Ulla, it's suggesting I (as a man) have feelings for another man, just because I support him!

Fancy and have feelings is a bit different, but feelings do tend to follow the fancying.

No I get that, but surely there aren't people here defending him are they? Dolly seems to be his biggest supporter on here.

People aren't being mean or slanderous towards PL, so I struggle to see why (IMO) the worst manager in our club's history needs such staunch defending.

Each to their own I guess.

People aren't mean about Lambert. That's amazing lack of awarenes....

It's gone the same way as Mick now. Regardless of ability difference it's gone the same way. Any tiny thing is picked up on and ripped into. Couple if lads weren't in a photo. Look at this boards reaction to that. Incredible. And I would have liked Dobs and El Mizuni in. But this reaction.

Stokes doesn't have a patch on Stewart.

Stokes probably even rates the wrong [Stewart] goal over the correct one.

My wife used to get jealous, but now she just accepts it.

Obviously I know I haven't got a chance with any of them.
