Mate. It's fecking ridiculous, unless I've just been unlucky with the couple of tastes I've had.

I was just trying to look hard. I can't handle extreme heat. I'd have that natural yoghurt out of the fridge faster than transfer request after a Palace bid.

I'm making a Chilli on 18:37 - Sep 5 with 2104 views | Sikamikanico | If it won't make it too wet add some chopped tomatoes. Sour cream for sure on top. If you have salad with it cucumber and lettuce will cool your mouth down quicker then a cold drink

Adding sugar will take some of the heat away.

Brown sugar would be the best bet here.

Thanks all, gone for a combination of all of the above. Additional 1/2 tin of tomatoes, tsp of sugar (White, only saw Hoppy’s comment after I had done it), sour cream and will serve with the highest water content salad ever seen. Tasting much better! Plus if either of the guests complain I’ll kick them out. #salvaged

Now add two squares of dark chocolate, a tablespoon of Worcester sauce and a shot of tequila.

I'm making a Chilli on 19:07 - Sep 5 with 2008 views | Mullet | Sour cream after not in the cooking. Also loads of grated cheese and avocado too. Sugar or honey to sweeten it a little and some coffee (not instant) or chocolate to add a bit of depth to it might help. If you've not added any fatty meat like pork do that too.

I completely agree. There is nothing like the pain the next day either. After a really horrid clear out I always feel so much lighter.

I’m alright. I’ve been working to keep my mind off stuff. Which has meant not sleeping too well. MrsN is being her usual self in the hospital. A confirmed covid patient on the ward. She’s got her colleagues popping in. I’ve told her she needs to be a patient and not a midwife at the moment. By all accounts she’s a pain in the backside at being a patient too. The twins are ok. The trace that was done last night didn’t look promising. But the consultant, who she trusts because she has seen him make the right call in various difficult situations, is pushing her a bit more. I think they want to get the twins to at least 4lbs to give them a chance of not going to special care and making it to the ward. Although she has been told if she bleeds again it’s straight for a section. It’s little wonder that my sleep is all kinds of messed up. Thanks for asking. I appreciate it.

No worries. I'm thinking about you and yours anyway and keeping everything crossed. But it sounds like the twins couldn't be in better hands than MrsN and the consultant.
