Except Wigan’s first XI is more than decent. Just because they’re in admin and had their squad stripped doesn’t mean they haven’t done well in commandeering replacements. This is going to be a tough test, much tougher than many seem to expect.

They went 2-0 up at Fleetwood which is no mean feat; their lack of experience at centre back hurt them in the end. Clarke and Fox may be lacking match fitness but I'd take their front three over ours (having had two of them on our books previously).
