Whilst I understand the reasoning it doesn't address a few points:

- Pubs all closed at the same time before, people could still get drinks when they closed if they wanted so I am not sure so is it really that different?

- People need to start taking some responsibility. Yes the government have been poor but that doesn't give the people to act like a bunch of selfish gits.

Check out the video I linked in the other thread - people need to take some personal responsibility for their actions.

Pointing to someone else doing something and saying "they did it too" has never been an acceptable defence and it shouldn't be now.
