As I have said before, the only reason that we initially got to enter it was by failure-relegation.
The only reason we are in it again this season is because of the failure to get promotion.
I did not go to the games in this 'competition' last season and would not have gone to any this season so I am certainly not paying out £10 for a nothing match in a nothing competition.
I do not consider these games to be first team games.

I've paid my tenner for this as it's a chance to watch the Town ( not had a chance on a Saturday yet due to hockey commitments when Town are playing ) I went to the Exeter game at the start of the year mainly to tick off Exeter from the list and of course Lee Martin scored as is the law.
It's not even a chance for us to go to Wembley at the moment as I doubt we'll be allowed any fans anyway. | | | |

Cornell will definitely play - Holy will be rested, Przybek and Wright are on loan and White is playing this afternoon - and I would guess Huws, Donacien, Dobra and Lankester will as well, despite what Lambert said about not risking senior players. Agree with you, can't see why he wouldn't use the game to give the likes of Jackson some minutes, however, he said he wouldn't on Saturday. | | | |

Having just seen your story on the under twenty three it actually might be worth watching to see how Ndaba, Folami, McGavin and the other five who were not involved this afternoon perform. I guess they all have a chance of first team action this season one way or another so it would give some insight on what to expect later in the year.
Of course Gillingham may not put out much of a team either so that could make judgement more tricky.
