4 goals and none by a striker 17:41 - Oct 10 with 803 views | Hipsterectomy | Lovely result and performance. Goals coming from everywhere. Norwood out for weeks, Jackson would be an excellent signing for most teams in this league yet has barely had a sniff yet this season. I hope Hawkins gets a goal soon though as he's done well for us since joining.

The wide men contribute the most in terms of goals. Could do with our central striker getting off the mark though, but seems like he's doing his job.

Total football! Of course, it depends whether Sears is considered a striker (OK, I know he hasn't played as one this season). In this system, you can't rely on one central player to score the goals and it is important the wide attacking players and central attacking midfield players chip in as they have done. Is Chambers the only defender to score so far?

4 goals and none by a striker on 17:59 - Oct 10 with 607 views | clive_baker | Certainly encouraging with the goals being chipped in from all over. It doesn't matter who scores as long as someone does. We look pretty robust defensively too, and when you consider we've got Ward, Woolfenden and KVY to come back, we've arguably got a better back 4 unavailable than the one available. In midfield Downes and Nolan have strong cases to be starters when fit. Lankester is still getting back to fitness, Jackson the same. Norwood to come back this side of Christmas too. 6 months today we play MK Dons at home and all things being equal we'll have just 5 games left after it. Who knows what'll happen by way of Covid, crowds, injuries, illness, whether the season will even finish etc but assuming it does, we've got a great chance of winning this thing. It's a big 6 months but we've got the squad to do it, and I really think we need to get back up ASAP given the salary caps and talent we have coming through that'll be increasingly hard to keep hold of in L1.
