I know the stretch of road in question. At that time of night it's highly tempting for idiots, pissed or otherwise, to get their toes down as it's a mostly a long straight with a few gentle bends. Myself and a fair few colleagues use that road a lot when coming home off a 'twilight'. More than once, I've had near-misses with idiots there. [Post edited 13 Oct 2020 11:38]
