Oh God, does that mean that that 'biggest club south of London(as long as you ignore all the clubs that are bigger than Portsmouth)' weirdo will reappear?

That would have been the 38010 record crowd gone and another 250000 Portsmouth supporters locked out.

That will mean Ifollow or the FA site will crash with demand that day then.

Nah, will be pay-per-view on BT Sport or if we are lucky our embarrassment will be televised to the nation on BBC as two former winners clash.

He's already starting on whats app. Famous day for us, massive game in our history etc.

I enjoyed it when he forgot he was a Pompey supporter and started referring to them as 'us' whilst trying to pretend he was a Town fan.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

I told Phil to ban him.

He's reading this thread.

He's not very bright, bless him.

Likely to be on BBC or BT

Doubt it - they’ll go for Tonbridge v Bradford, Oxford City v Northampton, Eastbourne v Blackpool, FC United v Doncaster, Eastleigh v MK Dons... non league side at home to league side.

I guess we might be one of the games moved to Sunday so they can follow the match as it happens.

Was thinking Wigan-Chorley might be one for TV given the additional local derby element.

You really think they will go for those over two massive fan bases like ours?

It will be us, Salford and 2 others.

To be fair, if he was posting on here, his obsession is as much with Town as with his beloved team.

When it come to TV picks

Which teams are always on the telly, Liverpool and both Manchester clubs. Therefore the cynique in me says they will stay with the same Cities and so expect to see Salford, FC United and Marine.

Ipswich v Portsmouth both have a sizeable fan base so they will try and cash in on pay per view if they can get away with it.

Not sure why so many think it'll be on TV.

If it was Sunderland v Charlton, I'd rather watch Tonbridge v Bradford. Neutrals want to see giantkillings, not two average League One teams playing their reserves.

Possibly, plus the nightmare Wigan have gone through this season will give them another angle.

That is true but BBC does like to show the "bigger clubs" too which at this level us and Portsmouth are.

BBC should not be showing the big clubs; should be all about the non-league clubs. Give them memories that will last a lifetime.
