Ref the booze, reads to me like they are trying to stop the practice of leaving the pub at 10, grabbing cans from the nearest shop and carrying on the party at someone's house. Which is one of the issues that has been raised so kind of makes sense. (Not to defend the govt, they are imho a bunch of inept tossers) | |

I've claimed the same in Australia. Some states were doing something, some another and it was all so disjointed. I said this to a mate who works for a government dept. His response was "well we've never been through this before so of course we are" doesn't give you much confidence though. Its like we'll bluster along playing with your freedoms etc and if we get it wrong its not our fault. | |
