No, I don't agree.
You seem to be mixing cases under JC and cases under Starmer. Those 30+% expulsions were specifically since Starmer became leader. You also don't know the specifics of each case and what other punishments were issued.
I still think that 247 expulsions in 11 months is a lot. If it was specifically for political gain within the party as you suggest then why would the complaints have continued under Starmer?
