Joined a couple of weeks ago as a change from Vodafone.

£23.50 flat fee for fibre which suits my use fine.

On my statement I've been charged more and on brief inspection I am paying for 'boosts'.

I didn't order any extras.

Wtf is wrong with these firms? They just seem to do as they like.

I'm flattered.

Anyways, there was no issue after all.

The 'extra' was the gap between the starting date and their billing date.

Which is fine, but there was nothing to indicate that on the bill, and the extra was listed under extra charges and boosts or similar wording which made no sense.

A man in India had a look and explained it [badly] for me.
