Tested positive for Covid yesterday 22:29 - Nov 7 with 2112 viewscbower

Got results today. Glad they're keeping the schools open though. I'm sure me being around 1000 teenagers on Monday and Tuesday this week before feeling shoite on Wednesday is just pure coincidence.

Or just utter madness?

Am I right in thinking you were over it before you got the official confirmation?
If so, that's great news.
If you feel OK, when will you be allowed to mingle with 1000 teenagers again - or are you pleased you have a cast-iron excuse not to?

Don't believe a word I say. I'm only kidding. Or am I?

Get well soon. I am sure there is a way to have kept schools open far more safely than has been done.

Agree, had him down for 30-40. Same with Facters, but in his case it's decades not years.

I figured Fixers to be early 50s.

Facters is like Benjamin Button.

He seems to be getting younger.

I age well considering the job I do!
I am way off getting the state pension but have the opportunity to go at 60, which I am doing. But I am lucky in as far as I feel younger, look younger and generally act younger!

Not sweating like a fat lass in a disco anymore but still feeling ropey. According to NHS, 9 more days before I can rejoin the huddled masses. The craziness of students and staff wearing masks on corridors but having to take them off in classrooms where Social Distancing is at its hardest is baffling. Kids just don't take the whole thing seriously quite frankly.

Sorry to hear that and hope you feel better soon.

I am however pleased they have kept the schools open. Shutting them would be bad for many families livelihoods, the economy and mental health of so many children. Appreciate Thais opinion isn’t shared by all though!

I totally get the need for kids to attend school as much as possible, but with schools full to capacity every day the National 'Lockdown' is rendered totally pointless.

By the time Sitters reaches the current retirement age, people will be living in the radioactive ruins of our towns and cities, slowly dying of radiation-related ailments whilst eating rats and squirrels.

I was fortunate enough to get an early retirement package just before my 59th birthday. In a month or so I should be getting a letter from The Pension Service about my approaching entitlement to RP.
