Need a new TV series to get into - Sky, Netflix ideally as Amazon is fiddly 11:39 - Nov 10 with 6630 viewsitfcjoe

Or Disney Plus.

I just can't find something that really gets my attention at the moment, might be an attention span thing but nothing is grabbing me.

Annoyingly I started House of Cards, and when I was back on Netflix main menu it advertsied the last season with some huge spoilers in it which has really annoyed me.

I'd definitely recommend Schitt's Creek, I just finished it and it's the best thing I've seen in ages

The first episode is weak compared to the rest, and the first series as a whole is establishing things, although still has great moments. It's worth sticking with as it dramatically improves from series 2 onwards.

Second this.

Succession (sky atlantic) is the best show I've seen in a long, long time. Utterly brilliant and frequently hilarious, the characters are hideous and insane, and the script writing is so sharp. Cannot wait for the third season.

Billions is very good too, falls a bit short of greatness , but a very entertaining, watchable show. The new season might actually be the best yet.

I like Succession, but gave up on Billions after 2nd series.

I found the 'showdown' at the end of the series just so ludicrously OTT as to make it almost unwatchable

Amazon is worth looking into, whilst their assortment of licensed shows is somewhat lacking I have much preferred their original programming over anything on Netflix. Netflix have really dropped the quality on a lot of their shows lately in a bit to build as big a catalogue as they can.

Bosch is excellent
The Expanse is excellent
Sneaky Pete is excellent
The boys is excellent
The man in the high castle (see another post on here today about that)
James May in Japan is actually quite good (his solo documentaries usually are)
American God is Decent (It has Season 2 disease)
Hunters is decent and
Hanna is fairly good too.

Bosch is really good but Sneaky Pete especially is absolutely fantastic ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've just finished season 3 a devestated to find out theres no season 4!

Although it's on Amazon, The 100 is a great sci Fi series. 7 seasons and it goes all over the place so the story never gets stale.

Also on Amazon, The Boys. On Disney, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. On Netflix, The Umbrella Academy.

Madge and I just finished Season 4 of Shield. Both of us are really enjoying it. We've been watching alongside the Marvel films in release order and have noticed some nice Easter eggs.
