How would they know your email from your TWTD handle? SB

That is a very good point, so good in fact that I just looked back to see if I could find the original email correspondence.

What I believed was not strictly true because the email from ITFC came in response to my emailing them pointing out the error after I had posted on TWTD about it.

In their reply to my email they did however say that they had seen my post on TWTD (which I did not mention in my email to them).

So someone at ITFC had read my post on TWTD although the email that I received from them was not prompted by the post but by my email to them.
