Watching Crewe v Posh 15:13 - Nov 14 with 987 views | TheTrueBlue1878 | Opening 10 been all Crewe, missed an open goal, 65% possession. Look at really good outfit, but scratching my head why they aren’t further up there.

Watching Crewe v Posh on 15:15 - Nov 14 with 970 views | Nthsuffolkblue | Sounds a bit like us (the possession) but with the ability to create a chance. Perhaps the missing open goals contributes to them not being further up there. No points are awarded for missing open goals and none for winning possession stats. Perhaps, that's what we should be campaigning for: 3 pts for a win, 1 for a draw and 5 points for higher possession.

Watching Crewe v Posh on 15:16 - Nov 14 with 970 views | Bent_double | "missed an open goal" might be a clue! They had 3 or 4 really good chances when we played them, would have won easily if they'd taken a couple.

Watching Crewe v Posh on 15:16 - Nov 14 with 969 views | The_Romford_Blue | Theyre the worst finishers I’ve ever seen. Backed them against Gillingham a couple of weeks ago and they had 26 shots and lost 1-0. The game was on Skybet for free so I watched it. Battered them all game but missed at least 6 sitters.

Spot on to be fair. Quite remarkable this though, honestly De Ja Vu, complete one way traffic.

I posted during the game a few weeks ago that I think we've found Lamberts replacement, they ran rings around us that day - apart from when we scored of course!

It’s fascinating - defender with career highlights of playing for Rotherham, Chester, Morecambe. No Borussia Dortmund for him, he’s got them playing football you really do want to watch.

I’ve never ever ever been a believer a good footballer = good manager. There are cases for both of course, but there are world class managers who never made pro or had average careers - Wenger, Klopp, Ferguson and Mourinho never ever played pro. Just a different kettle of fish managing, so PL can tell us as many times as he wants he won CL with BVB as a player, but as a manager his highest accolade is Champ promotion about a decade ago.

When you put it like that I am not so sure. The last manager with an illustrious career playing for Rotherham didn't do so well for us. In all seriousness, though, getting a manager who knows to get his team creating chances has to be a step forward.

your general point is sound, but ferguson & klopp were pros, both at a high level. not sure about wenger, but he definitely played a bit

I think you have a step up, your contacts, the coaches you’ve played for. It certainly doesn’t always work but I love that Artell, with his background has a low budget team playing attractive football and it’s paid off today.
