Maybe I should start this as its own thread.
I really don’t get the hate for Blubbers. He’s a lovely bloke. I think I only met him for a few minutes one time.
He’s offered multiple posters multiple times lifts to matches if they can get down to the Derby area or somewhere en-route.
The post I link here shows his compassion

Our first 2 were breast fed and my wife was determined to do the same with our 3rd but was prescribed some allergy medication and it affected her milk. She tried her best to carry on and it was destroying her trying to keep our baby happy, eventually I did similar to you and pushed the formula milk. Like you the difference was incredible straight away.
An important thing i have recently learned is that you need to fix your own mask first before you help others. Think of the aeroplane safety guides, you are much more effective as a support if you are in a good place to offer it. If you try and help others 1st it makes it harder.
Keep going mate, all babies are a test but you have quadruple the challenge. One day though you will look back on these tough times and smile

I gave him the benefit of the doubt, a better manager would have given it a good fight to keep us in the Championship. A better manager wouldn’t have needed the owner to tell him to stop messing around with tactics etc. A better manager would have had us out of League One last season. | |

Yep, and some of the exaggerated stuff.
I'm not convinced Lambert's the man for the job, but I don't bleat about it on a daily basis and try to twist literally everything to be a Lambert attack. For example, his constant berating of Lambert for playing our top scorer, to the point where Blubbers says he isn't a footballer!

He is really not wrong about several things, in my opinion, although the way he goes about making the point or points is not how I would do it.
My meetings with him have also been infrequent and brief.
