What's your favourite Town shirt/kit of all? 01:05 - Nov 19 with 2572 viewsdominiciawful

I think mine would have to be the 1978-81 home kit, with long sleeves or short. Sublime.

I'd say our best in recent years was 2015-16.

Actually, 2017-18 was perhaps better.

Apologies for repeating a thread I'm sure has been done before.

I've always been a fan of the orange fisons kit.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

It's one of my few decorating tops now (luckily I don't do much decorating, so it's still pretty much pristine).

Controversially, I quite like a kit that's widely regarded among one of our worst, that being the green & maroon away shirt from 1995. Made by Core. Makes me feel nostalgic and takes me right back. It screams Paul Mason.

For me it’s got to be the Adidas 1979 – 1981 kit which the current kit is based on.

Has to be any of the disgusting 90's kits for me.

Great era in football for unique designs, especially when you look at the stale, template and conservative styles everyone has now. It's bland and unfun. Give me garish, hard on the eye, absolute nonsense. Green and Claret, Cream and Black stripes, Orange....

The replica one of it available from ITFC is pretty good too, to be fair.

77-78 Adidas ‘silk’ shirt with collar! Was the first kit we had for which replicas were available... school mates had been wearing Man U and Leeds Admiral kits for a couple or years by then but to me this seemed altogether more sophisticated and better quality!!!!

Remember the excitement as a 10 year old I felt seeing it on the first day of the season (home to Arsenal I think), a complete surprise! Had to wait until Xmas to get it!
