Ipswich Otter on 17:23 - Nov 23 with 933 views | EdwardStone | My favourite animal, Lutrinae Canadensis to give it's full name I haven't seen the one in Ipswich, but I was privileged to see a family of them in a small river in Mid Wales a couple of years back. Mother and Father were teaching junior to catch fish....it was enchanting I took numerous photos, some with my infra-red detecting camera. Interestingly, one had a much stronger thermal footprint than the other two. Anyone know why this might be?

And the correct answer is..... The juvenile had the more prominent thermal image, because...... It's a little 'otter
