Maybe this is a clear indication of ITFC being all sizzle and no sausage with the academy. We can produce decent youth players but we're dreadful at helping them reach their potential. El Miz is probably the best example of a player who should be exposed to our 1st team on rotation rather than being shipped off on loan. Dozzell was overlooked, Lankester should be featuring almost routinely, Wolfenden should be one of the first names on the squad sheet (the list goes on) | |
