Complete novice.

Just threw in some chicken wings, stock, potatoes and veg. Will report back later.

I make pulled pork enchilada filling in mine. Just bung in some pork, stock, tomatoes, herbs and spices and leave to simmer all day. Cool, shred and fill some tortillas. Then bung some more sauce and cheese on and back in the oven.

Job's a good'un.

I love my slow cooker. Great that there is no washing up after it's all prepared especially if you've been at work all day. This is one of my favourites ... It is indeed delicious.

Pulled beef chilli is good.

Get some brisket, stick in with tomatoes, spices, chillis etc

cook - then pull apart with 2 forks... lovely texture compared to a mince based chilli
