Is there an idea of what ITFC players are in the last year of their contracts? Even if Lord Lambert does something honourable, what options are left for the new guy(s).
This season is slipping away and the calls to rebuild will be very limited with players able to walk on free (or even at next window) and we now have the wage restrictions.
Just think about it:
New manager - needs time
Players able to leave on free
Limited wage budget
This is a perfect storm for absolute pain.

I think it is fairly guaranteed that Skuse will retire at the end of the season, and Chambers may try to eek out another season - though he could well retire. We have to assume they'll be in the mix when talking about contracts ending. |  |
