I’m abit late to this but surprised people so heavily one sided in Dubois favour to be honest.
Too drawn in to that knock out power he has. In all fairness Joyce is easily the better boxer and although certainly not world beaters, has fought better fighters and he’s incredibly tough.

Stokie I haven’t been following it so don’t really know but I’m sure I read a few days ago they suddenly announced this week that knockouts have been banned tonight and there’s no judging? So what’s the point? Even as an obvious moneymaker to a (presumably) desperate-for-cash Tyson, I fail to see why it’s a PPV when there’s no result either way.
I’ll watch some of it though probably if I’m awake now the main event in the UFC is off. I actually thought RJJ would beat Tyson tonight if there was a result. | |

This! Joyce jabbed Dubois into submission, closed his left eye and Dubois had enough. Was expecting a better fight tbh, though Dubois rocked Joyce a few times in the earlier rounds but never really got moving forward or used his own jab.
Never a good sign when a fighter taps out but I can get he couldn't see his opponent.

Don’t get me wrong I thought early on he was going to put him away as I was watching too. Dubois is really accurate but then again Joyce don’t mind getting hit.
No doubt Dubois will have a decent future, can only improve from here.

I had Dubois one round ahead going into the 10th, but a really impressive performance from Joyce.
Dubois’ eye did not look good - imagine there was a fracture of some description there because it looked like that jab that stopped it really gave him some shooting pain.
For Joyce I hope it’s Usyk for the WBO soon because it seems that AJ and Fury will be tied up for the foreseeable and Joyce hasn’t got time to wait around. For Dubois I hope he’s got the heart to come back but he basically needs a fight like this ASAP after knocking over a few bums. Someone of the ilk of Chisora if they can make that work with Matchroom. |  | | |

There was talk Dubois would be in with AJ or Usyk if he had come through this fight, depending on on what’s going on with AJ/Fury. Think he’s sitting around 2nd in the WBO rankings (somehow considering who he’s fought). Not sure who I see him in with next, maybe Michael Hunter someone like that.
