What to have today, a joint of Ham or roast Lamb?
Think I'm done with the Lamb. Tastes nice when it's fresh but I seem to only have an older sour tasting bit, nothing like the chops I once had in Colchester.

I had lamb shank yesterday, which sat in the slow cooker for a few hours, then finished off in the oven briefly for a bit of colour.
Today, I am going to do a Rick Stein spaghetti effort because I watched a programme of his a couple of days ago and it got into my head.

Shoulder of Lamb for, me slow cooked with potatoes, garlic, anchovies and oregano. 5 hours...falls apart, crusty bread to mop and washed down with a nice Xinomavro. |  |

The older sour tasting Lamb turned out to be a bit roast Chicken though when over done.
