Well I'm going to say it but it wont be popular...follow the path that lot up the road have taken the last few years. Stay away from the usual merry go round of usual same old , same old names and try something differant. Who saw Alex Neil as being a success? Got them promoted. Same with Farke, promoted, relegated but now poss on course for promotion again.
If he was still in the spotlight, I'd of gone for the Dutch guy Maurice Stijn, took vvv venlo up to the Dutch premier league on a budget. No idea where he is now tho. Just something differant...everything else we try just leads to failure. |  | | |

Don't think he needs GB in an officially capacity, and don't think Evans would employ him.
To say Dyer isn't bollox in my opinion. Dyer has been coaching since 2014. Lampard has played for 3 clubs and managed two since then, all at a higher level. | |
