Suggesting that the fans have turned on the team, despite the fact that it's him we've turned on and not the players.
Went on to say it could break the youngerplayers and they could leave the club because of it and the media have been stoking things up and making things tough for the kids.
Talking about Celtic and the protests and he's played for big clubs and been manager for big clubs and all the usual schite that he comes out with.
He's not going to walk.
He has now not only undone the work that he has done when he first came to the club, he's plunged us into the worst point in my history as a fan.

Except Mick's fallout was tame compared to this, and Lambert hasn't had our fans calling him everything under the sun like Mick did yet either.

Here is the thing for me.
Lamberts biggest problem has been not sorting out the mindset of the players. We play with fear. To the point where no one can do even the basics right. What is going on for even the most experienced players to struggle?
With his years of experience he should have fixed this very early into his Ipswich career.
In the last match he was trotting out that we need to be more meaner on the pitch.
Mourinho at Spurs saw this within weeks and sorted it out. Lambert is only now realising it? 2 and a half years in? And hasn't done anything to change that problem? |  |

Spot on mate. No one on here is criticising "the kids". It isn't make or break for them. A fair few of the kids are local and they will know of this site and they are not stupid. If they take one look here "the kids" will know that a lot of our frustration has been the the lack of structure in their integration into the first team and their mistreatment.
The sheer lack of awareness to suggest that we will make or break them when they are nowhere around the first team and then just lumped in out of desperation. That he calls them "lazy", that he doesn't trust them, that he excludes them from team events based on their age.
We look at the way our kids go for it at the academy level and wonder why he can get the seniors playing with the same attacking intent, desire and confidence. It is on him and it is another nail.
He has well and truly drawn battle lines here and we need to up the ante somehow.
