I sound like a broken record at this point but is there anywhere else we, as fans, can apply pressure?
I'm at a loss for words, this whole situation has made me incredibly angry. You shouldn't be treated like this, and to have O'Neill come out and lie like that is unforgiveable.
At the absolute minimum we should be seeing a retraction and apology but as you say they just seem to want to dig in and hope this all goes away.
This isn't the club I love, and it hurts. |

I think, rather depressingly, I might well be completely done with ITFC. I'm certainly right on the brink. The club is rotten to the core and is not the same club I've supported my whole life. The manager appears to be a rather nasty piece of work, Evans just doesn't care, and O'Neill is happy to defend it all. Nobody at the club has the fans at heart. I don't know that anyone has much care for the players either. It's all about preserving the hierarchy. If ever a football club epitomised these modern days of Trump and Johnson, it's ITFC. Feck 'em. |

I know not everyone can, but maybe a few more quid donations to Blue Action for them to make further banners to stick up around the training ground (if the big bad bully Taylor isn’t there on security) or Portman Road. |  |

Further to this point, it's not actually true. I'm aware of other clubs including those in the Premier League, among them Arsenal, who allow bloggers or people running independent websites into press conferences in a similar manner.

I dispute the 'fanzine' or 'fansite' tags as what I don't write myself is written by other professional journalists, who we pay, most of whom have written for national newspapers, same with photographers. In hindsight, we probably should have changed the name of the site when it became the mainly news site to something more newsy. |

Quite. Phil and Gav and their assorted associates do a far better job of promoting the club and keeping us fans informed of the goings on than whatever shambolic media department the actual club have.
I've been thinking about this, and the only part of the club I'm remotely proud of these days is the Women's side. Everything else is an outdated, cringe-enducing, mess. [Post edited 2 Dec 2020 23:08]
