We are in a hell of a state, but were the only one of the play off-teams not to lose in this round of games.

I do get your point, but the top two both won and move further away from us.

Despite the play-off contenders' inconsistency, we are only moving in one direction and the longer we play football that will never score goals the worse that drop will be.

Instead, we failed to score against a side 19th in the table who hadn't kept a clean sheet in about 27 years.

We actually had an okay frontline in Jackson and Norwood last season but they haven't contributed anything significant this year so we could potentially finish much lower. Had Bishop, Edwards and Nolan's form not been so good to start we could already be 14th! We have nothing up top and defence that's always good to give a few away.

They had kept 5 in that 27 year period, you of course do not need to waste many guesses on which club has provide over half those clean sheets!

that one-legged TV gumshoe Strike would stand a better chance of scoring than any of our so called strikers

Although teams above and below us have games in hand still and sit above us in the form table. We aren't where we are because of how we're currently performing, we're there because we took 16 points from a very easy first 6 games. 10 points in 9 games since paints a really gloomy picture and tells you we ain't troubling the play offs whilst Lambert remains at the club.
