Problem is. All our seniors are league 1 players. And know they can't make it any higher. I doubt there's many of them moaning about where we are and that's the problem.

We need a manager who is gonna push every single player about what Ipswich as a club means..

Like Burley said a little while back. There's a level town should be and when he took us over he made a plan and stuck to it and achieved it.

We need that manager who is gonna drive everyone.
