Reading the Baltacha thread I was reminded of Dave Hill, not a memory that was particularly pleasant though I'm sure he was probably a lovely bloke, and then I thought Hill and Duncan, kind of sums up that dark part of our history.

I wondered what other managers and players kind of fit together in that way, maybe PJ and Bullard the second coming? Who would you put with Sir Bob? The Beat? Warky? One of the Dutch boys?

My intial thought for Keane would be Priskin but in reality it's probably unfair on Priskin and he probably doesn't have big enough forearms.

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.
Poll: If someone promised you promotion next season, would you think

Burley and Holland?

In the play-off video they did recently I think David Johnson even calls him GB's son!

Dave Hill... the man born on 6/6/66 if I remember correctly, saw him score a screamer..... for Scunny against Carlisle (back on loan there) - obviously not for Ipswich!!

Some days he played like he was the bassist from Slade - maybe he wasn't so bad when we had the replacement of Glenn Penyfarthing
