Glorious!

I reckon these football managers do alright, 2 months holiday in the sun, swanning around in your tracksuit in the morning, covering your tracks in the afternoon doing f.a. Tell your owners you are networking re possible players.
Get the sack with a payoff onto the next pot of gold. Whilst you wait do a few articles become a pundit. Sounds to me like that Dire Staights song.

He is a serial failure, screwed every club he managed and the bailed out the year before the chickens came home to roost.
Typical self opiniated northerner.

If only the two that followed him here had failed as badly as he did we might still be a decent Championship side.

Didn’t he turn the Barnsley job down because they were (at the time) in L1? Seemed a strange decision as they just had new investors appointed.

I don't recall that, which isn't to say that wasn't the case. Certainly possible he might have thought he could get a bigger job.

Sunderland , Wolves and Ipswich all went downhill. Don't try and tell me he was the only one keeping them doing ok, he caused the rot, devisive personality.
Anybody employing him needs to be prepared for mediocrity.
It is an entertainment industry, you going to turn up, pay money to see boring football, at leat we got a pont.

I take it that you do not rate our best manager of the Marcus Evans era then?

I know but it is an unarguable fact as far as I am concerned.

I rate MM higher than some other managers from our past too and would love him to be a success elsewhere-unless it was in Norfolk.

I wish we had someone as good as him here now, if we could not have him of course.

You really didn’t take to him did you?
I’d have thought he was far more palatable than the current odious incumbent.

Took Wolves and Sunderland up, got us and Millwall into the play offs, took Ireland to the World Cup and then to the play offs for the Euros. I'd say he's been pretty successful.

Haha, always laugh at this one. Arguing that a team being worse without a manager than they were with them means that manager is bad is quite brilliant logic

He has had an absolute Weston Super in Cyprus though
