I fear tomorrow.. 14:12 - Jan 8 with 2355 views | Wallingford_Boy | Our players not palyed for weeks, still a lot of key players out.. Swindon signing new players, includng Freeman from Sheff Utd, bound to give them a lift. Surely we can't not beat them though?! Someone tell me it will be ok..

I fear tomorrow.. on 14:14 - Jan 8 with 2343 views | BlueBadger | Spawny 2-1 or 1-0, I reckon with us labouring to a win. Lambert will be gushingly effusive about it. TWTD will be 'are you sure'. Plus, someone will get injured on 25 minutes with a muscle strain/soft tissue injury.

I fear tomorrow.. on 14:15 - Jan 8 with 2341 views | J2BLUE | It won't be easy but 5 subs will help us with fitness. Can sub half of the outfield team. I'm sure Lambert can find the right mix of players/subs for tomorrow.

I fear tomorrow.. on 14:20 - Jan 8 with 2311 views | jayessess | We haven't previously had any trouble beating teams like Swindon, even with our substantial injury list. Freeman last played in July last year. If we don't win this one then Lambert *should be* in very serious trouble. [Post edited 8 Jan 2021 17:53]

I fear tomorrow.. on 14:36 - Jan 8 with 2243 views | MrTown | We could well lose tomorrow, I wouldn't be shocked. When you have a manager that can't coach a squad you end up with just 11 individuals playing on the pith. That is often reflected with our disorganisation, huge gaps and space between players defensively, and non inventive forward play.

I'd like to know how many of the managers through-out the EPL and EFL actually coach the sides. I bet the proportion isn't very high. Normally they leave it to their coaching staff.

I fear tomorrow.. on 15:49 - Jan 8 with 2157 views | itfcjoe | They've got 1 point from 6 games, tired of excuses now - we simply need to put sides like that to the sword at home. It won't be easy, but we can't drop points at home to bottom dwellers.

I fear tomorrow.. on 16:00 - Jan 8 with 2129 views | TJS | Although we have not played Swindon for 20 years our record against them is quite phenomenal. We have won the last 8 meetings home and away scoring 25 goals in the process. Each of those 4 seasons we made the play-offs. So if we don't win tomorrow we may as well give up. Kieron Freeman, signed yesterday, a centre back whose last 2 matches were for Sheffield United last season. Dominic Thompson, signed 4 days ago, a left back, did play 3 matches for Brentford in December. Mark Travers, signed 2 days ago, a goalkeeper, played 2 games in September.

The most alarming thing about this post is that it's 20 years since we played them (the Gary Croft with a tag around his ankle game) 20 years...

I fear tomorrow.. on 18:36 - Jan 8 with 1908 views | FoD_Blue | I work with a Swindon season ticket holder, he thinks they have no chance. Apparently they only have a couple of players left from the squad that won promotion. If they win, next week’s daily video catch-up will be unbearable. Fully expecting Brett Pitman to score agains us.

I fear tomorrow.. on 20:10 - Jan 8 with 1837 views | Kropotkin123 | Famous last words and all... We haven't lost to a team in the bottom half of the table. We usually get two goals, laboured or otherwise. I don't expect us to lose. 2-1 or 2-0 are most likely. It would be uncharacteristic if we lost before the Peterborough/Sunderland back-to-back games

I fear tomorrow.. on 21:22 - Jan 8 with 1782 views | Seablu | Accrington haven’t played for weeks either and they’re flying tonight. Swindon are very poor. We’re flat track bullies, albeit without the bullying. The true misery is in the games ahead, you can sit back and enjoy tomorrow safe in the knowledge we’ll stuff them 2-1.
We have to win our next two games... yes we’re... on 21:27 - Jan 8 with 1765 views | unstableblue | ... rusty, perhaps jaded from COVID But the squad need to start showing real fight, desire and energy or we are going nowhere Lowly Accrington have a game in hand on us and are a point ahead. Lincoln pulling away. Oxford flying up Pompey, Hull, Peterborough, Sunderland in the mix
