If this "style" is part of Evans long term vision for the club.. 18:08 - Jan 9 with 395 viewsTieDyedIn95

Then we are in for many years of atrociously dull football in the bottoms tiers of the game.

This is why Lambert needs to go. He's potentially capable of causing even more long term damage than Hurst and Keane now.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

But what manager would get that lot to perform? Between Hurst and Lambert we have largely seen the same rubbish from the same people. I am sure that a Dyer appointment will please the fans for a couple of months, but he's not going to be able to turn that mob around into a group of winners. They are absolutely stealing a living on our books, just look at them, nothing is there, absolutely nothing.

We've seen what a decent manager can do with average players if they're properly coached and motivated recently, with Mick. They need some coaching and motivation. The fact that we're still in with a shout despite being as bad as they have been suggests that they're not bad players, just badly coached, organised and motivated.

We're in with a shot because this league is rubbish, but it shows you just the real standard of these guys when they can't even be bothered to show up after weeks off against Swindon. You need good players, coaching, tactics is all well and good but there's no amount of coaching that's going to turn some of this lot into anywhere near the standard a club like Ipswich should be demanding as minimum and for that I blame Evans entirely. They are taking the piss out of us.

We will win 2-1. Play abysmal but all will be good in the world of PL.

Thing is, it's the manager's job to install some desire, amongst other things.

Lambert signed 4 of them, extended contracts for another 4. If they're stealing a living, then it's Lambert that's signing the cheques.
