All the issues PL blames were so obvious in the summer 22:54 - Jan 9 with 690 viewskizaitfc

It was clear our team was young, it was clear they were a little light weight. It was clear the team needed some experienced players in the core. It was clear the experienced players were have were getting towards the end of their career and not up to the pace

He has had 2 transfer windows to fix these issues and done very little

The answer was sitting in the Sky studio.

Or the Cowleys.

There are options to save our season if Evans acts quickly. At this point if Evans doesn't act when we all know the stakes then perhaps we can face reality that he either doesn't care or he thinks league one isn't the end of the world. Salary cap, hardcore support of 10,000 or so, costs covered...Maybe he's not that bothered about going up to inject £6m a season to finish lower mid-table?

Truly impaired.

Our team isn't young.

We we’re screwed by the wage cap, we simply can’t bring anyone in over the age 21 ( think it’s right ) as we don’t have the cap space. We need effectively to sell 2 to bring in 1 player.

A positive is that pretty much all of the 1st teams contracts are up at the end of this season, hopefully a lot will not be given new ones and we can start to re-build without the serial losers we currently have. That said if the fraud is still in charge I have zero confidence it will happen.

We don't need more players, we just need a half decent manager.

We’re screwed by the wage cap due to a very poor owner as well as poor manager appointments.

It’s not that simple.

Let’s assume Jackson is on £8k a week.

At the moment his wage counts as £2.5k a week.

If he leaves we only have £2.5k of cap space left.

If we got £1m fee for him that increases our cap space by £0.

If we don’t go up this season which is very unlikely, we are in this league until we get lucky with a manager who can work with young players as that is all that we will be able to afford.
