Were there too many injuries?
No. Look who came off the bench.
Was the team sheet leaked?
No. Phil and TWTD are not (read never) to blame for the performance.
Was it a top 6 team?
Most definitely not.
Was there a negative atmosphere in the ground?
Nobody was there.
Did the referee make any game-changing mistakes?
No. He was pretty much anonymous.
So, none of these variables can be applied.
What’s the consistent?
Lambert. The team doesn’t look even remotely ‘managed’.
Promotion is not happening and should this continue, relegation may become an issue.

Quite. And how did Accrington look on Friday night after three weeks off ...
This club has been run on excuses, caveats and half-baked statements of intent for too long.

I thought the ‘car park security’ look suited him well.
Much better than manager of Ipswich Town.
