You are probably right it's fine with regards to spread but it's clearly illegal.
It's not legal to cross the border between England and Scotland at the moment.
There is also the point that he has literally crossed the entire country and if he was infected the vectors of spread to other areas are huge.

lol. I still wind him up about his crashes.
Toughest day for hills was Day 2. And the toughest hill (26%) we did - he fell off at the bottom of it and damaged his gears (so he claims). He got to a repair shop and then rejoined us at lunch.
We were all proper knackered - then he sped off complaining I couldn't keep up, cheeky fugger. [Post edited 14 Jan 2021 13:58]
