Courgette
Garlic
Tomato Puree
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Sugar
0.5 tsp Ginger
0.5 tsp Cinnamon
1 x Lamb stock pot
Tin of tomatoes
Tin of low fat coconut milk
EDIT: Forgot the Chilli's!
Don't rush it baby.
Serve with Pilau rice.
