nope, I don't believe it to be down to the players. (however, some of them have been pretty pointless - judge being one)
however, if these two lads can run with the ball, and wont look to go inside or backwards as first thought, maybe we might fluke a few goals [Post edited 20 Jan 2021 17:49]

You have more hope than me. We've got players who can, in theory, run with the ball and go forwards but they don't do it under Lambert in the way we're set up. We might see these boys do it on debut but they'll soon be coached to be safety first and pass it back and sideways. | |

Signing Hawkins was a big mistake in my opinion, he's nowhere near mobile enough to play on his own up front, and if you just play with one striker that player has to be a proper goal threat. |
