League it is unreasonable for us to expect to compete with on 09:36 - Jan 27 with 356 views
Ultimately, we will compete with teams on a level with those we are run on a footing with. We are currently being run as a League 1 club with a view to cutting our cloth!
As much as those clubs you list should shame us, we could also point to a large number of clubs at or even below our level who we have kept pace with. My gripe is less with where we are as much as the direction we are heading in. We do not have the ambition of the clubs you list. We are drifting aimlessly towards League 2. Our form has now become relegation form over 10 league matches - nearly a quarter of a season.
