So we release a few of our young players out on loan and recruit other young players on loan in another half season gamble to get us back to winning ways. . Yet some players who are not good enough are exempt.

Don,t get me wrong, something needs to change but it says a lot that it is always the young players that have to make way.

6 loan players at the club. That says a lot for the players we have on a contract. Lambert and Evans knew we were going no where fast so its another season relying on loan players to try and get us out of this mess. Green shoots ? 5 year plan ?

Just hope Evans sanctions a big squad refresh at end of season.

How much development can anyone see of the squad since Lambert arrived?

It is rather like he is playing football manager and collecting a random group of individuals that have something that makes them stand out in some stat or other and then not knowing how or where to play them.
