I think her argument is a bit contradictory, or at least the way it is presented that there aren't opportunities whilst being linked with a job. I think there absolutely should be more female representation in football in coaching and management roles and it will happen in time but the sport should do more to promote this. |  | | |

It's certainly interesting. Hayes is easily one of the best managers in Women's football and apparently, is also really well thought of within Chelsea. Like you say, the dynamic with the players would be interesting but in some ways i agree with her in saying that it's not a step down in WF - the game is so tactical she could easily do a job in Mens. |  |
