Lambert decides to play a diamond midfield 18:04 - Feb 9 with 575 viewstractordownsouth

... a formation which requires attacking and energetic full backs, and then drops Matheson and Kenlock in favour of 35 year olds.

If an idiot like me can spot that that’s a stupid plan, it beats me how Mr Dortmund can’t.

If that's the way he's playing (and looks like it might be) then he needs his head looking at. A brave decision to change players and system after the excellent performance on Saturday. If it doesn't work he'll rightly get pelters.

Of course, it could easily be that as Parrott was so good centrally on Saturday he's been pushed out wide in a front 3. And likewise Judge. I doubt it, but you never know.

I was just thinking exactly the same. This is peak Lambert if that is how we're lining up. If that's not how we're lining up then at least half the players are playing out of position, which would also be peak Lambert.

He's a maniac. He's an absolute maniac. Words fail me, but I expect Posh to put 3 or 4 past that tonight, and we'll get the same old we're still within a shout rubbish from the club and rinse and repeat until we're in League Two.

I'm starting to think that he might not be a very good football manager.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

We know.

I agree.

Our owner is also a complete tool, and our Director of Football couldn't run a Tesco.

I’m starting to think he’s trying to get himself the sack.
