Lambert's already had far longer than the average football league manager (he has the 25th longest tenure of those currently employed), despite arguably being the worst coach in his division.
So, yeah, we should be known for managerial stability. Personally, I'd prefer us to be far less managerially stable and far more decisive when things aren't working. |  |
