Well, how do we look back at the Evans era? 16:45 - Feb 26 with 293 views | hype313 | Thankful that we were kept afloat, but that's about it. No doubt his heart was in the right place initially, but clearly the past few years have been awful and he has kept us on life support. 13 years of frustration, anger and disappointment, with maybe the Arsenal cup win the highlight. Slim pickings all round. Wish him all the best, but feel now is the right time for him to move on and probably best for our sanity. [Post edited 26 Feb 2021 16:46]

I initially felt a bit sorry for him, but he's a businessman, he was only in it for the opportunity to get into the PL and it hasn't worked out for anyone. I haven't been a fan of his for a while now, and whilst our anger was more irked at the various managers, it would eventually lead to him being targeted, which has been bubbling away, it's worked out well all round. That's presupposing these new guys aren't charlatans. | |
