I suppose you only really see a managers true colours when they're under pressure but both seem like thoroughly nice blokes. Perhaps a lack of 'big, big clubs' on their resumes has gone a long way in keeping them grounded.

Watching that it really drives home how shocking our existing structure is. You'd imagine both Cook and Cowley would be highly dubious of working with what we currently have in place. Heard Cowley say on EFL on Quest a few weeks back about us 'their fans aren't happy with the process' and he mentions 'the process' a few times in that interview - having aligned thinking across the club, strong relationships and the culture/tools to be successful.
