It seems really odd that in the 13 years he's owned the club, he refused to employ a DoF or a CEO with a football background to come in and make decisions. Yet he's happy for someone to take over with the idea of getting one of those in to run the club and reap the rewards from it.

Surely in the last 2-3 years he would have thought, I've tried everything else, why not try this route. Especially as there are many examples of it being so successful at other clubs.
