4-2-3-1 check out the latest Blue Monday pod, has Portsmouth and Wigan contributions on what to expect and be prepared for.

Haven't finished it yet, but the TL:DR is they would be surprised if we aren't in the Championship this year or next.

Edit: When asked if Cook has a plan b or c, they responded that if plan A wasn't working then plan B was to do Plan A better!!! Be interesting if we line up 4-2-3-1 on Saturday as if we do that is what we'll see during his tenure. However I do think we have the squad to make this work perhaps with another target striker.
